Exercise, French Fries, Massage and Scarface (1983 Toni Montana) but still missing and craving for something…
It was last march 17, 2009 i got home maybe around 7:00 p.m, i go directly to my room and started to flex my body, so i did may daily routine of 3 sets per exercise.
For my bicep and triceps:
- 300 standing barbell curls (100 per set), 210 seated dumbbell curls (70 per set), 150 double arm overhead triceps extension ( 50 per set), 150 flat bench triceps dips (50 per set).
For my upper chest:
- 300 push ups (100 per set), 300 barbell raise (100 per set).
For my back and shoulder:
- 150 over head barbell rows (50 per set), 75 1 arm dumbbell rows (25 per set),
For my abs (sooo very hard to trim):
- 300 crunches (100 per set), 75 bicycle sit ups (25 per set), 150 leg raise (50 per set), 300 L-R oblique sit ups (50 per set).
For my legs:
- 150 free weight squats (50 per set).
after that i finally relax myself for all the hard work and exercises that i did. also i do rest 10 seconds per exercise and lots of water.
hmmmm… fries nothing particularly just missed it cause it’s my baby (girlfriend for right word) favorite food and w/o salt specially, so i fry it ate it while I’m watching the 1983’s gangster movie ” SCARFACE ” which lead casted by Antonio ” Toni Scarface ” Montana, raise in Cuba and had his fame in the land of opportunity. as for the massage it’s not me whose getting it, i am the one who’s doing it, i massage my moms foot and legs as every night routine for her.
but the one that i do crave most and missed most is my baby’s presence, miss her smiles, caress and love. She’s in work all the time when i did all my routines and i was thinking about her, i always pray that God will always take good care of her wherever and whatever she is. All i know is that i love her so much and miss, lots of need her in my arms.
